In short your skrewed, NEVER deal on craigslist unless its face to face.
Your only option is to sue and you will spend more on court costs then you will get back from the person who cheated you.
You could try calling the cops but I doubt they could do much either.
Reread the warnings on craigslist and deal smarter next time. Sorry you got ripped off.

The payment reversed if cash with winning settlement oftem serving them with small claims court small claims summons is not mention how you do not expensive but timeconsuming and try to file police report.
